1.As a general term, the Customer shall not be entitled to cancel its order once it is placed, however, the customer may choose to cancel its order only in the case of delivery of any defective or damaged products.
2. The customer may raise his/her exchange, return or cancellation request through the company website or email to customer care at basilherbsmp@gmail.com or make a call to +91 9312495329.
3. All eligible exchange and return or cancellation requests must be reported to the Company within two (2) days from the date of delivery of the products along with an unboxing video of the product package.
4. The customer shall return the product in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/sale, receipt, brand outer box, packaging with price tags, labels, freebies and other original accessories if any at the time of return pick-up. The Company accepts the request for replacement of such Product subject to the terms of the Policy.
5. Refund/ex-change/cancellation will not be eligible under the following conditions :
i Product is damaged due to misuse/mishandling by Customer.
ii Product is accepted by the Customer knowing that the product is in a damaged condition at the time of delivery.
iii Product is being used or altered by the customer.
iv Refund/cancellation is raised with the Company after two (2) days from the date of delivery of the Product.
6. The Company generally takes 5-7 business days to pick up the products from the Customer’s location from the date of raising a return request.
7. Customer shall keep the product ready to return on the scheduled date as confirmed by the Company’s delivery partner along with necessary/requested documents.
8. In case of a cancellation request, the Company generally takes 48 business hours from the date of returned product delivery at the Company’s warehouse/depot and quality of the products are verified to refund the amount, and it shall be 7-10 business day in case of COD.
9. The Company offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the Customer’s card/account in case of cancellation.
10. Coupon codes are intended for one-time use only and in case the product is being purchased using coupon codes, it shall be treated as used even if the customer cancels the order.
11. The Company does not charge customers for any cancellation requests.
12. In case, the customer receives a partial order, the Company shall ship the balance ordered products or initiate to refund/issue coupon for short shipment.
13. In case, the customer is eligible for a refund then the amount will be credited to their respective source account through PayU on an immediate basis.
